If only I could !
I was given 3 seeds as a present brought back from Spain in a packet. Thankfully one germinated. Now the loooong wait (3-5 years? for the flower and help from brilliant sites like this.

Beautiful Photograph
I am a new "fan" of these flowers. This picture really captures the elegance and grace of this delightful plant. Reminds me of my future husband.....standing tall, regal and proud, just like the bird it is named for. Great Shot!

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL FLOWER
I am a new "fan" of this flower. I have a wedding coming up in March in the caribbean, and I would like to use this flower as a center piece but i'm not sure if i should mix it with any other flowers since the this flower is so elegant and beutiful alone. Any tips you can give me?

Most beautiful flower of all flowers
Love the picture of the bird of paradise flower. It has been my favorite flower since I was 7yrs old. I would love to use the bird of paradise as my wallpaper/screen saver may I do this?

That means that you can not only use this picture as a wallpaper on your computer, but you could also republish it on your Web site, as long as you state where the picture comes from and that it's available to others under the above license.

how beautiful. it is my favorite. i love the color combo because usually u wouldn't pair orange with blue but it works perfectly with the flower.

Splendor personified!
I have a large bush of these on either side of my driveway. They are now in full flower.Southern California is perfect for these plants.
